Responsibilities- Prepare and/or review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax engagements.
- Proficient in tax research and documentation.
- Stay current on IRS Regulations and the impact on clients.
- Respond to tax authority inquiries.
- Provide timely performance feedback on projects.
- Mentor and training of professional staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 150 NYS qualifying hours.
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in public accounting.
- CPA certified or the eligibility to work toward obtaining a CPA license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks on a timely basis while monitoring time spent.
- Proficient knowledge of CCH Axcess Tax, CCH Engagement, Microsoft Office, and Quick Books.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience.
