An exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality group as a Senior Accountant, where you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role offers hands-on involvement in the monthly close, cash analysis, forecasting, and audit support—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

What You’ll Own:
- Lead key elements of the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and work papers.
- Monitor daily cash activity and assist with cash forecasting across all entities.
- Prepare and process ACH and wire transfers through banking platforms.
- Partner with internal teams on month-end and year-end reporting.
- Support the external audit process by gathering and preparing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and research complex accounting treatments as needed.
- Assist in compiling monthly reporting packages and operational insights.
- Proactively identify ways to streamline reporting and improve accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with multi-entity environments.
- Hospitality or service industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting operations.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
