Key Responsibilities- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for both individuals and businesses.
- Offer tax planning and advisory services to help clients optimize their financial strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on tax laws, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all reporting.
- Assist with audits and communicate with regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Work closely with clients to gather necessary financial information and maintain clear communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Tax Accountant, ideally within a consulting or public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Proficiency with tax preparation software and financial management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
