Senior Software Engineer - C#/Typescript s role involves acting as a player-coach, liaising between business units and junior developers, and delivering impact across the trade desk from front to back office.

Huxley is partnered with a long-standing hedge fund (managing over $10 billion AUM) based in New York and Connecticut on a search for their next Senior Software Engineer.
We re looking for a player-coach type of developer who can serve as a liaison between business units and junior developers. This is a great opportunity for senior individual contributors to make an impact across the trade desk—from front to back office—and help elevate the engineering team around them.
Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison between business units and junior developers; act as a player-coach for the engineering team.
- Impact across the trade desk—from front to back office—and help elevate the engineering team.
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience
- Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/Type Script (we use both Angular and React)
- SQL programming
- Prior experience in banking or fund environments across risk, treasury, front, middle, or back office
- 4 days in-office (New York City or Stamford)
- $200k-$250k/year base salary (exclusive of bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation)
