Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with experience in trading, treasury markets, or brokerage systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java and trading platforms such as UST Algo, Fenics, or Dealer Web. This role involves designing and coding enhancements for trading systems, integrating with broker markets, and supporting D2C quoting workflows. Candidates from companies like BGC Group, Deutsche Bank, Citi Bank, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley are preferred.

• Design, code, and test changes to the UST Algo platform.
• Enhance integration of UST Algo with broker markets including Fenics and Dealer Web.
• Expand quoting capabilities on D2C markets such as Tradeweb, Bloomberg, and Market Axess.
• Write code daily in a hands-on development role.
• Adjust priorities quickly based on changing circumstances.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
• Manage deadlines and adapt to unexpected changes in requirements.

• Full stack development experience supporting treasury D2C pricing and hedging workflows.
• Proficiency in C++, Java, and Python.
• Knowledge of eTrading concepts and automation.
• Understanding of US Treasury market trading.
• Ability to handle requirement gathering, development, and testing.
• Willingness to provide 2nd level support for existing eTrading setups.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, and code build processes.
• Knowledge of ION integration is highly valued.
• Must-have skills:
  Java, UST Algo or Fenics or Dealer Web, eTrading / Trading.

• Experience with UST Algo, Fenics, Dealer Web, Tradeweb, Bloomberg, or Market Axess platforms.
