As a Senior Data Engineer, Integrations
, you will be crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining the robust back-end systems that power our intelligent operating system:
Core Backend Development: Design, develop, and implement highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance backend services and APIs using primarily Kotlin, leveraging extensive Java ecosystem knowledge, focusing on robust business logic and efficient data processing.
Distributed Systems & Architecture: Lead and contribute to the architectural design of our large-scale distributed systems, ensuring reliability, resilience, security, and operational excellence across the entire platform.
Operational Excellence: Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies to ensure system transparency, proactive issue identification, and efficient resolution in production environments.
Scalability and Low-Latency Systems: Leverage and implement solutions using high-performance networking frameworks such as Netty or Vert.x, and be proficient in applying modern Java concurrency features, including Java Virtual Threads, to build robust and efficient distributed systems.
Database Interaction: Design, optimize, and manage interactions with various databases (relational and/or No
SQL), ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval for mission-critical applications.Deployment & Operations: Work extensively with modern deployment tools and practices, including Kubernetes

Testing & Quality: Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and functional testing strategies to ensure the highest quality and reliability of all developed components.
Hiring & Onboarding: Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members, helping to grow a world-class engineering organization.
8+ years of deep, hands‑on experience in backend software engineering, with a strong emphasis on Kotlin or Java development in large‑scale, production distributed systems.
