Senior C# Developer – Financial Services

Overview

Senior C# Developer – Financial Services role with an exclusive buy-side client in Midtown Manhattan. Onsite, full-time. You will write clean, scalable, high-performance code that directly impacts trading and portfolio decisions. This isn’t an architect or management role — we’re looking for a passionate developer who wants to contribute at the code level.

• Design and build scalable frameworks in C#/.NET Core.
• Apply SOLID principles, clean code, and object-oriented design best practices.
• Develop APIs, middleware, and low-latency services used across trading desks.
• Collaborate closely with quants, portfolio managers, and senior engineers.
• Own the full development lifecycle — from architecture decisions to deployment.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience developing in C# and .NET Core.
• Proven success building high-performance, scalable enterprise systems.
• Strong focus on frameworks, clean code, OOD, and multithreading.
• Experience in financial services or complex, data-driven environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Angular, SQL Server, and CI/CD pipelines is helpful but not required.
• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer (no sponsorship).
• Based in NYC or willing to commute onsite (4 days/week).
