TRODAD is looking for a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join our team and work on LISBridge, a healthcare platform that connects laboratory diagnostic equipment with healthcare systems. LISBridge connects laboratory diagnostic equipment with healthcare systems through two main components:
Desktop Application (Tauri + Rust + React) – interfaces directly with lab equipment via serial/TCP communication.
Web Platform (Next.js + Postgre

SQL) – manages licenses, subscriptions, and multi‑level commission operations.

• Building and maintaining features across both desktop (Tauri + Rust + React) and web (Next.js) applications
• Integrating new laboratory devices and communication protocols
• Developing license management and device activation systems
• Implementing payment processing and subscription workflows
• Optimizing database performance and maintaining security standards
• Deploying and maintaining Docker‑based infrastructure
• Collaborating with the team to deliver high‑quality healthcare solutions

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full‑stack development
• Strong hands‑on experience with Type Script, React, and Next.js (App Router)
• Solid understanding of Postgre

• Experience with Rust or strong willingness to learn quickly
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and authentication systems
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Problem‑solving mindset with clean, maintainable coding practices
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, or a related field

• Experience with Tauri or Electron for desktop applications
• Background in medical/healthcare software development
• Knowledge of serial communication protocols (RS‑232, TCP/IP)
• Experience with payment gateway integrations
• Understanding of cryptographic operations and security best practices
