Job Description:

We’re seeking a Senior Manager to join our fast-paced, experimentation-driven team. This role blends front-end engineering expertise with conversion-focused strategy to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy high-impact user experiences. You’ll collaborate across disciplines—working closely with product managers, designers, back-end developers, and marketers—to deliver seamless, performant, and conversion-optimized features using platforms like Adobe Target or Optimizely.

• Build, inject, and manipulate front-end components using HTML, CSS, and Java Script within CRO platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely).
• Rapidly prototype and deploy A/B and multivariate tests across key user journeys.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, back-end engineers, and marketers to define hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Work in agile sprints to deliver high-velocity experimentation with minimal disruption to core codebases.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
• Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code for test variants and UI enhancements.

• 4+ years of front-end or full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a CRO-focused role.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (vanilla and/or jQuery),
  HTML5
  , and CSS3
  .
• Experience with CRO platforms like Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Comfort working in sandboxed environments or via tag managers (e.g., Adobe Launch, GTM).
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

• Familiarity with React, Vue, or other modern JS frameworks.
• Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-traffic consumer platforms.
• Understanding of performance optimization and front-end debugging tools.

The annual salary range for this position is ($78,000- -$126,500 ). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors , including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
