Position Overview

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in both the development and continuous enhancement of our AI-driven legal tech platform. Your work will involve developing robust, scalable, and secure solutions across the full technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features across the full technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design, develop, and deploy new functionalities.
• Implement secure, responsive, and efficient UI components and workflows using modern web technologies.
• Manage APIs, services, and optimize data flow across complex systems.
• Uphold high standards of software quality and security through best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in:
  • Frontend technologies like Next.js or similar.
  • Backend development with Python.
• Extensive experience with various database technologies, both relational (such as MySQL) and No
  
  SQL (such as Redis, Mongo
  
  DB, Cassandra, or Dynamo
  
  DB).
• Familiarity with caching mechanisms like Redis and Memcached to enhance application performance and response times.
• Demonstrated ability in designing, implementing, and maintaining microservices that form complex, scalable backend systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at identifying and addressing bottlenecks for optimal performance under varying loads.

• Experience with building open-source applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) or developing AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques and tools.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (like Docker) and orchestration tools (like Kubernetes).
• Understanding of secure web application architectures.
