. As a Software Engineer , you’ll develop systems that orchestrate patient milestones, identify and prioritize discharge barriers, and prevent unit‑level bottlenecks before they happen. Your work will directly improve care delivery by automating escalations and high‑census communications across hospital operations.

• 4+ years backend experience with Java/Kotlin, Python, JS/Angular, AWS (preferred)
• 4+ years designing and building APIs that are simple to use, fast to respond, and scalable
• 3+ years building & designing UI's for frontend apps
• 2+ years developing and deploying container‑based apps

• Hybrid (3 days a week minimum from the New York City office)
• 140k - 200k depending on experience
