. As a Software Engineer , you’ll develop systems that orchestrate patient milestones, identify and prioritize discharge barriers, and prevent unit-level bottlenecks before they happen. Your work will directly improve care delivery by automating escalations and high-census communications across hospital operations.

• 4+ years backend experience with Java/Kotlin, Python, JS/Angular, AWS (preferred)
• 4+ years designing and building APIs that are simple to use, fast to respond, and scalable
• 3+ years building & designing UI's for frontend apps
• 2+ years developing and deploying container based apps

• Hybrid (3 days a week minimum from the New York City office)
• 140k - 200k depending on experience
