Position: Onsite Interview Day-Feb 11: Resident Service Coordinator
We're excited to host an Onsite Interview Day on February 11 for the Resident Service Coordinator position within our Residential Services Program. Candidates whose applications are selected will have the opportunity to interview directly with the hiring manager. If selected, you will be contacted to confirm your scheduled interview time slot.

Schedule and Hours
  • Shift: Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM (35 hrs/week)
  • Location:

    Openings are available at our Brooklyn and Manhattan locations
The Mission

Are you passionate about supporting our seniors? As a Resident Service Coordinator, you are the bridge between vulnerable tenants and the stable, fulfilling lives they deserve. You will provide essential case management and group programming for seniors, including those transitioning from homelessness back into the community.

What You'll Do
  • Empower Tenants:
    Conduct in-home assessments and create personalized case plans to ensure health, welfare, and housing stability.
  • Be an Advocate:
    Assist with benefit applications (entitlements), legal aid referrals, and mental health services.
  • Build Community:
    Facilitate group meetings, recreational activities, and informal support networks to fight senior isolation.
  • Prevent Crisis:
    Work closely with supervisors to monitor high-risk tenants and prevent eviction through proactive intervention.
What We're Looking For
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Gerontology preferred).
  • Experience:

    At least 1 year of relevant social service experience.
  • Skills:

    Proficiency in Google Drive/MS Office and a knack for organized, concise communication.
  • Language:
    Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a huge plus!
