Responsibilities:
* Respond to service tickets across various locations throughout NYC.
* Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm systems.
* Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.
* Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records.
Pay: $35/hr
Requirements:
* S-98 Certification (required).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the fire industry, with at least 2 years as a service technician.
* Experience with Honeywell systems (required).
* NICET Level I or II (highly preferred).
* Familiarity with Notifier, Bosch, and Edwards systems (highly preferred).
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily and navigate public transportation is required.
