** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or policy concerns.

+ Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and direct visitors to appropriate destinations while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, suspicious activity, and/or medical facility policy violations, and request additional support as needed.

+ Observe and report conditions that may affect operations, including equipment issues, hazards, and/or unauthorized persons, and communicate findings to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

+ Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in a government location setting.

+ Assist with crowd management and orderly movement in high-traffic areas such as lobbies, waiting areas, and/or entrances during peak periods or special events.

+ Participate in drills, briefings, and post orders training, and follow direction from site management and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related priorities.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
