** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Control access at entrances and restricted areas by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate departments or waiting areas.

+ Monitor CCTV, alarms, radios, and other monitoring systems, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or public agency partners as required by post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, unauthorized entry attempts, and/or medical or operational emergencies.

+ Support the protection of sensitive work areas by following site rules for controlled access, key control, and documentation of entries and exits.

+ Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff notes in accordance with Allied Universal and site documentation requirements.

+ Maintain confidentiality of medical, investigative, and operational information encountered while performing duties, sharing information only with authorized personnel.

+ Assist with basic crowd management during high-traffic periods, deliveries, and/or coordinated operations, providing clear directions and de-escalation support when needed.

+ Participate in briefings, training, and drills, and follow site-specific procedures for emergencies, evacuations, and/or facility disruptions.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.

+ Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.

+ Be at least 21+ years of age.

+ A guard card/license is preferred.

+ Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
