** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and actions per site protocol.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.

+ Monitor access points, lobbies, and restricted areas, assisting with visitor management procedures and directing employees and guests as needed.

+ Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance issues to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

+ Support security-related screening and package or property control procedures as required by site policy, while maintaining a professional customer service approach.

+ Operate site communication systems, including radios and phones, to coordinate responses and request assistance when needed.

+ Complete daily activity reports and incident reports with clear, factual information in accordance with site requirements.

+ Assist with emergency response activities such as evacuation support, fire panel notifications, and/or medical response coordination per site procedures.

+ Work in various indoor and outdoor conditions during patrols and post assignments, with duties that may vary by shift and location needs.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have 1 or more years of security-related experience.

+ Be 21 or more years of age.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
