* Position Summary:

* The Residential Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff within a luxury residential property. This role requires prior residential or high-end security experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional, welcoming presence while enforcing building policies.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Control access to the building, verifying resident and visitor credentials
+ Enforce guest access and visitor management policies in accordance with residential protocols
+ Conduct patrols of common areas and building perimeters
+ Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and security alarms
+ Respond professionally to incidents, resident concerns, and service requests
+ Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
+ Communicate effectively with management and the Operations Desk
** Requirements:*

** Valid NYS Security Guard License - Preferred*
* +
** At least 1 year of residential or luxury security experience - Required*
* + Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Professional appearance and demeanor
+ Ability to remain alert, dependable, and responsive
