** What You'll Do:*
* + Monitor and manage communications for incident response and dispatch activities within the location, following site-specific policies and procedures.

+ Coordinate the deployment of security-related personnel to address incidents and requests for assistance throughout the location.

+ Document and report incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.

+ Maintain clear and professional communication with on-site staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.

+ Assist in the management of access control systems by monitoring alarms and security-related technology.

+ Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting individuals in a courteous and professional manner.

+ Support Allied Universal security-related procedures by relaying critical information to the appropriate personnel during routine and emergency situations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
