This is a fully in-person role at our office in New York City alongside travel opportunities.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the GTM Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting Besty's revenue growth by executing high-volume outbound sales efforts. This role is primarily focused on cold outreach and pipeline generation, with secondary responsibility for maintaining CRM accuracy and supporting GTM operations. This person will be on the front lines of customer acquisition and play a critical role in fueling the Company's growth engine.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Outbound Sales Execution:
Execute high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach (phone-first) to prospective customers, representing Besty professionally and effectively. Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets.

* Pipeline Generation:
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, identify customer pain points, and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives. Maintain strong lead hygiene to ensure a healthy and predictable pipeline.

* Sales Enablement:
Continuously improve cold call scripts, objection handling, and value propositions based on feedback and performance data. Actively incorporate coaching and training.

* Conference & Event Support:
Represent Besty at conferences and industry events, supporting lead generation and customer engagement efforts when opportunities arise.

Professional Qualifications

An ideal candidate will be someone who has:

* Demonstrable interest in sales, go-to-market, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment.

* Comfort with high-volume cold calling and rejection-heavy workflows, with the discipline to stay consistent and motivated.

* Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone.

* Basic familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) or strong willingness to learn quickly.

* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and execute with consistency in a fast-paced environment.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through on daily responsibilities.
