Now, we're looking for a Partner Manager to join our North America Sales Team.
What you will do

We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.

As the Regional Partner Manager - East, you will play a pivotal role in driving 's growth by recruiting, onboarding, and enabling strategic partners across the eastern United States and Canada.

This is a quota-bearing sales position that requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in partner management, business development, and sales execution. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with partners, educating them on 's solutions, and ensuring their success in delivering value to their customers.

In your first 12 months, you will:
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit new strategic partners in the eastern region to expand 's partner ecosystem.
  • Enablement & Education: Train and educate partners on 's product portfolio, value propositions, and sales strategies to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
  • Sales Execution: Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales opportunities, meet revenue targets, and achieve quota objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact for support and collaboration.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align partner strategies with 's overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on partner performance, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to the Director of North America.
That's why you ideally have
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS, cloud software, or technology solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas in a partner-driven environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and collaboration with partners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive partner success and revenue growth.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with conversational commerce, mobile messaging, payments, and AI-driven solutions is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the eastern United States and Canada as needed (up to 30%).
