The Impact U will make:
* You will report to our Head of Insurance Sales
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to expand our market presence.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring we remain aligned with their evolving needs and consistently adding value to their operations.
* Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts to deepen our footprint, uncovering opportunities to expand our solutions and services.
* Develop and implement customized account strategies that focus on both immediate sales and long-term growth opportunities.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Unqork platform and establish use case patterns and communicate how they can address specific client challenges.
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to create a cohesive and positive client experience.
* Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
What U bring:
* 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on selling to insurance industry clients.
* Deep understanding of the insurance industry (Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, Group Benefits, Retirement, etc.), its value chain, and the unique challenges it faces.
* Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and account growth; experience with no-code/low-code technology is a plus.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
* History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through a combination of new business and account expansion.
* Ability to analyze client needs, connect them with our platform's features, and communicate the impact effectively.

Hiring Ranges:
* Tier 1: $288,000 - $360,000 OTE
* Tier 2: $259,200 - $324,000 OTE
Unqork employs a market-driven approach to establish compensation ranges, including both base salary and on-target earnings (OTE). In addition to a base salary and OTE, employees may also be eligible to receive company equity in the form of stock options.
An employee's compensation within the range provided above depends on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, their location, role, skillset, level of experience, and similar peer salaries.
As a remote-first company, Unqork incorporates a geographic differential into our compensation structure, depending on the candidate's location. We utilize a tiered system-Tier 1 and Tier 2-to accurately reflect local market rates and ensure our compensation packages are both fair and competitive.
Our geographic tiers are defined as follows:
* Tier 1:
New York Metro, Seattle Metro, San Francisco Bay Area
* Tier 2:
All other US and US territory locations
