We're looking for an ambitious and proactive Mid-Market Account Executive to join as an early member of our US team as we work on our expansion into the new market. If you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and are excited about the opportunity to build our US presence from the ground up, then this role is right for you.

About the Role

* The Account Executive position will manage the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting

* Define our Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) for the mid-market by proactively setting a hypotheses, taking action, and adjusting as needed

* Lead demos of Channel Talk's product offering to a variety of stakeholders

* Drive new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross sell, ensuring high renewal rates

* Understand customer use cases to align them with Channel Talk's solutions in order to identify new sales opportunities

* Collaborate with internal teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve the overall product and customer experience

What We're Looking For

* 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative at a B2B SaaS company

* Experience owning a book of business, with a focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities is preferred

* A strong sense of intellectual curiosity, you are driven on discovering the "why" behind prospects' needs and are update to date with industry trends

* Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excited to be part of a high-growth Sales team as we scale

* Understands the value of excellent customer service

* Well-organized with strong time management skills

* Experience exceeding a sales quota

Nice to Have

* Experience selling to e-commerce or DTC brands, particularly in fashion and beauty is a plus

* Experience in B2B SaaS sales

* Experience at a startup

* Korean language ability (a great plus)
