We are hiring an experienced Account Executive with a passion for building relationships. This account executive should be strategic and hands on, and be able to translate technical problems into simple and compelling solutions. They should be resourceful and a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate is passionate about fully understanding a domain, and succeeds by providing expertise and value to your clients.

What You'll Do:

* Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for strategic verticals

* Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for early- and late-stage fintech companies

* Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning business

* Build relationships with executive stakeholders

* Be accountable for meeting/exceeding agreed-upon sales targets

* Become the go-to expert for your verticals, and use that expertise to provide value to your prospects and insights to our product teams

* Deeply understand our products and how they apply to customer problems, so you can be successful before we fully ramp solution engineering, sales development, and enablement

* Partner with Marketing on customer targeting, outbound campaigns, and optimizing conversion rates at every funnel stage

What You Bring:

* 5+ years of proven success in quota carrying sales role, with demonstrated experience selling SaaS based solutions

* Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment

* Demonstrated proficiency in technical products and APIs

* Passion for achieving goals in an early/growth stage environment

* Proven ability to take complex customer requirements and craft solutions

* Strong writing, content development, and in-person and virtual presentation skills

* Experience in fintech, payments, or API-first companies is preferred

The annual US On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role is $250,000 - $350,000 plus equity. For sales roles, the range provided includes both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
