Position Overview
Seasonal Selling Associate. The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging our customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• On the sales floor: Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers;
  Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively;
  Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions;
  Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Cash wrap: Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, process transactions accurately and efficiently;
  Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items;
  Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go-backs”
• Processing and Replenishment: Process merchandise to be floor ready; maintain back room and under stock to brand standards;
  Replenish merchandise to brand standards; assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock activities
• Floorset Activity: Execute floorset proficiently; adhere to brand standards; assist with maintenance of back room and under stock

• Preparing for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
• Recovering and replenishing merchandise

• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing

Salary
Minimum Salary: $17.00
Maximum Salary: $21.25
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role. Actual salary determined by factors including skills, experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
