* The Sous Chef - Conference Catering supports high-touch conferences, meetings, and executive meals within Morgan Stanley's Client Dining Center. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly visible-ideal for a driven culinary professional ready to operate at an elevated level.

You will join a world-class culinary team ranging from Michelin-starred chefs to James Beard Award winners as we continue to build the gold standard for corporate dining.

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Execute plated meals, conferences, and executive events

+ Support multiple stations and assist with advanced plating and timing

+ Maintain consistency, accuracy, and speed during peak service windows

+ Uphold sanitation and organization standards at all times

+ Collaborate with senior leadership on daily execution and service flow

+ Support training and mentorship of junior culinary staff

** Requirements:*
* + 4-7 years of professional kitchen experience

+ Background in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or executive dining preferred

+ Strong plating, timing, and multi-station execution skills

+ Ability to perform under pressure with professionalism and composure
