Overview

Insomnia Cookies is opening a new store in Williamsburg, NY. As a member of the Cookie Crew, you are the frontline for customers and will bake our Warm and Delicious cookies.

Location:

122 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249.

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide accurate information about menu items
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and ensure order accuracy
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream as needed
• Ensure fast, warm, and correctly packaged delivery orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately and manage cash control
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization of the bakery

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused role (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
