What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate Care: A veterinarian who is passionate about providing high-quality care to animals, demonstrating empathy and kindness to both pets and their owners.
- Collaboration: Ability to work well with a team of skilled veterinary professionals, including technicians, support staff, and fellow veterinarians.
- Experience: Prior experience in small animal medicine is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and ensure they feel informed and supported throughout their pets' care.
Requirements:
DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) to practice in New York State
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in surgery, client education, and collaboration with a supportive team
Experience with exotics or alternative medicine is a plus, but not required
