Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking experienced and compassionate Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) for contract assignments across healthcare facilities throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient status and document care accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and facility regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience (specialty experience may be required)
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS may be required based on specialty)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
