Description:

• Seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive nursing care in New York, NY.

• This full-time position requires collaboration with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.

• The role involves working Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation, focusing on patient assessment, care plan development, and medical record maintenance.

Requirements:

• Current New York State Registered Nursing License

• CPR Certification

• Infection Control Certification

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Covid Vaccination required

• Pediatric Experience Preferred

Qualifications:

• Experience in patient health assessment and care plan development

• Ability to administer nursing care during preventive services

• Proficiency in advising on health maintenance and disease prevention

• Skilled in maintaining accurate and detailed medical records

• Experience in performance and quality improvement activities

• Collaborative work with LPNs and Medical Assistants
