About the Role
A mission critical role for S4 is the Associate Account Director. In this role, you would lead the day-to-day management of development and execution of marketing programs, projects and campaigns designed to drive engagement for key client initiatives. This is a role where you'll partner closely with one of our largest tech client teams, internal agency teams, and senior leadership to manage the relationships and ensure that projects are delivered on strategy and on time.
Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on establishing new ways of working and on new opportunities, with a natural aptitude for close collaboration. Has an acute attention to detail, and is passionate about marketing programs and challenges and uncovering solutions for clients and internal teams.
We are looking for a rockstar strategic and well versed leader who has demonstrated:
Responsibilities:
Client & Project Leadership:
* Serve as the primary project point of contact for clients, ensuring to maintain positive relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
* Implementing end-to-end management of multiple projects, from initial intake and briefing to delivery and post-launch analysis.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, scopes, and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources and managing resource planning to ensure any changes are communicated.
* Report on financial performance, track budgets, and manage time and resources effectively across all projects.
* Partner with operations to forecast resourcing needs and optimize team utilization.
Strategic Execution & Program Management:
* Collaborate with clients to execute large-scale strategies and programs, translating client objectives into actionable plans.
* Manage the development and production of diverse product marketing materials, integrated digital campaigns, and creative programs.
* Drive integration across all campaign touch points and the broader ecosystem.
* Cultivate a deep understanding of clients' products and target audiences.
* Translate client needs and market insights into compelling briefs for internal teams.
* Lead the projects to build comprehensive toolkits and resources to support client initiatives.
* Adept at translating ambiguous challenges or pain points into actionable initiatives and demonstrates an ability to "read between the lines" and develop clear project objectives for the team.
* Bridges the gap between abstract strategic questions and tactical execution by building methodologies to answer core business questions and then identifying the specific insights and actions that drive client success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (strategy, creative, studio, production), ensuring clear communication of client needs and business objectives.
* Collaborate seamlessly with strategy and creative teams to deliver effective solutions.
* Champion efficient internal ways of working to ensure smooth project flow.
About You
The essentials:
Experience:
* Proven experience operating in an agency setting, managing multiple projects and cultivating strong client partnerships.
* Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale strategies and programs.
* Experience managing diverse product marketing materials, integrated digital campaigns, and creative programs.
* Familiarity with production-led projects for static and videos.
* (Highly valued, but not required):
Experience with diverse campaigns including product marketing programs, integrated paid media digital campaigns and production, email marketing, blog posts, and website landing pages.
Skills & Attributes:
* Exceptional communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong financial management acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
* Keen interest in product marketing, asset development, GTM strategies, and toolkit development.
* High energy, detail-oriented, and a proactive "go-getter" with a positive attitude.
* Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace products is required.
* Passion for exploring new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
