Responsibilities:
* Create a product marketing strategy that enables the marketing team to consistently deliver on-brand and on-message experiences through analyst relations, content, demand generation
* Influence our win rate through improved go-to-market strategy and enablement
* Develop resonant messaging and positioning that drives commercial outcomes for PolyAI's world-leading voice AI products
* Catalog an understanding of PolyAI's direct and indirect competitors and ensure that our messaging is differentiated
* Work with marketing and sales leadership to prioritize market segments and develop personas that support the content and demand generation functions
* Work with content and sales enablement team members to develop collateral that reduces friction in the sales process and increases revenue
* Build our customer understanding and market insight through customer interviews, partnerships, and industry experts
* Support enablement initiatives across the entire revenue organization
* Create and maintain an organized and accessible database of competitive intelligence for sales, marketing, and executive leadership
* Collaborate with content team leads on thought leadership strategy and regularly contribute to the function
* Scale and lead the product marketing organization as Poly grows
* Be a capable spokesperson for the organization, both online and in-person
Minimum skills and experience:
* 8+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing
* 3+ years of experience in a product marketing role
Preferred skills and experience:
* Knowledge of CCaaS, UCaaS, or Call Center technology markets
* Knowledge of NLP, NLU, or other machine-learning technology
We provide a competitive salary range for this role - which is $200,000 - $300,000 base salary plus an annual bonus - depending on level and experience. Please note this range is intended as a guide, not a guarantee. Final compensation will be based on individual qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role.
In addition to salary, this position includes equity in the business, giving you the opportunity to share in the company's long-term success.
