Product Manager - Creator

The Tik Tok Creator & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, creator marketing, interpretation, and optimization to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the product strategy for Tik Tok Creator & Ecosystem, including identifying key market opportunities, setting product roadmaps, and delivering against ambitious revenue targets

* Work as the product manager for Tik Tok Creator Marketing and Creator Monetization related products, own product strategy and roadmap, prioritize, align and deliver clear product goals and success metrics

* Develop in-depth understanding of demand (advertiser) and supply (creator), identify and execute the product improvement to drive adoption and retention from both sides

* Drive execution through working directly with engineering, design, QA, data science, operations, marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams

* Educate and influence both internal leadership and external stakeholders on Tik Tok's ads creative and creator ecosystem strategy
