Job Description

This role is based in our 605 Third Avenue, NY office.

Black Hat is looking for a talented Partnership Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen our presence in the cybersecurity community. This role you will focuses on building impactful relationships with sponsors, industry leaders, non-profits, and educational institutions to enhance brand awareness, attract attendees, and reinforce our position as the leading cybersecurity events company.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy

* Develop and implement partnership marketing strategies aligned with event goals and business objectives.

* Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities across sectors such as corporate sponsors, industry associations, non-profits, and educational institutions.

* Create partnership frameworks that deliver mutual benefits and measurable outcomes.

Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the cybersecurity ecosystem.

* Act as the primary contact for marketing partnerships and relationship management.

* Develop trusted relationships with executives and decision-makers at partner organizations.

Program Development

* Launch co-marketing programs to drive attendee acquisition and brand awareness.

* Develop joint content initiatives like webinars, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces.

* Coordinate partnership activations at events, including co-located experiences and joint presentations.

Sponsor Collaboration

* Work with the sales team to identify partnership opportunities within sponsor relationships.

* Design co-marketing initiatives that go beyond traditional sponsorship packages.

Performance Measurement

* Set KPIs and track partnership performance, including lead generation and attendee acquisition.

* Provide regular reports on partnership ROI and optimize strategies based on data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and event teams to align partnerships with business strategy.

* Work with content and communications teams to develop thought leadership initiatives.
