Marketing Head - Cloud Business Unit

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven marketing leader with a strong track record in B2B marketing, exceptional communication skills and technical expertise, and actual experience in Cloud. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and execute high-impact marketing programs on a global scale.

As the Marketing Head for TCS' Cloud Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and shape programs that enhance brand positioning, accelerate demand generation, and deepen customer engagement across global markets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams - including sales, analyst relations, corporate communications and other service and industry marketing teams
-while also engaging with external stakeholders such as media, influencers and strategic partners. Additionally, you will leverage AI-driven marketing technologies to optimize campaign performance and personalize customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement an Integrated Global Marketing Strategy

• Build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan covering benchmarking positioning, branding, digital marketing, analyst relations, public relations, event marketing, social media marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).

• Align global marketing initiatives with business goals to drive demand generation and deepen customer engagement.

• Devise marketing programs that will drive growth and increase brand awareness

• Leverage AI-powered marketing technologies for enhanced customer insights, hyper-personalized campaigns, and optimized performance.

• Adapt messaging and campaigns to regional markets and industries while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with global objectives.

Partner Relationship Management

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive joint go-to-market (GTM) activities with key strategic partners (Hyperscalers and others).

• Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, ensuring ongoing communication, collaboration, and alignment on joint marketing efforts.

• Serve as the main point of contact for partners regarding marketing programs, campaigns, and enablement.

• Educate and support partners on our IT services offerings and brand messaging, ensuring partners can effectively represent the brand.

• Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing plans, tailored to specific strategic alliances, to support global business objectives.

• Work closely with the Partner and Alliances teams to understand partner goals, objectives, and target markets.

• Identify co-marketing opportunities that align with partners' strengths and our IT services solutions.

Lead Generation, Customer Engagement, and Demand Generation

• Partner with Industry and major market teams to develop and drive global lead generation and customer engagement programs, ensuring marketing aligns with sales objectives.

• Implement thought leadership-driven nurturing programs to maintain ongoing engagement with prospects and customers.

• Identify and facilitate participation in key global and regional industry events and forums.

• Execute digital and direct marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and enhance market positioning.

• Establish joint-marketing programs with strategic alliance partners to drive pipeline growth.

Sales Enablement

• Partner with Industry and major market teams to contribute to ABM programs for key global accounts, collaborating with sales leadership to personalize outreach.

• Conduct account-specific research, industry analysis, and competitive assessments to refine marketing strategies.

• Support large pursuits with tailored marketing assets, RFP branding, and executive-level engagement programs.

• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within key accounts.

Executive Influence and Thought Leadership

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to shape decision-making and go-to-market strategies.

• Develop executive-level thought leadership content that reinforces TCS' position as a leader.
