Public Relations Manager, Influencer Marketing

Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $58.00/hr

We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and detail‑oriented client‑facing Manager to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in managing client relationships, leading integrated campaigns, and driving the execution of projects across PR, influencer marketing, and creator partnerships. You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients and an internal collaborator across departments—ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.

As a senior role, the Public Relations Manager balances high‑level client communications with hands‑on execution. You’ll support in strategic planning while taking full ownership of project delivery. Key Responsibilities Client & Paid Influencer Campaign Management
  • Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and alignment for paid influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Own the execution of campaigns from brief to delivery—tracking timelines, deliverables, and results.
  • Translate client goals into detailed briefs and project plans; ensure teams are aligned on objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, influencer, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Lead the execution of creator and influencer marketing campaigns—sourcing talent, managing communications, and ensuring alignment with platform trends and brand strategy.
  • Create and present client‑facing decks, campaign recaps, and status reports.
Strategic Input & Problem Solving
  • Support in developing campaign strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations on influencer selection, messaging, and campaign structure.
  • Troubleshoot production or timeline challenges, offering proactive solutions to keep work on track.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, creator marketing innovations, and cultural movements to inform client recommendations.
Execution & Quality Control
  • Review all client‑facing materials for quality, brand alignment, and accuracy.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and PR logistics, including contracts, timelines, content tracking, and usage rights.
  • Monitor campaign performance and platform metrics, delivering actionable post‑campaign reports and insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams and creators to ensure seamless execution of multi‑disciplinary campaigns.
  • Maintain organized documentation and communication to keep stakeholders informed and projects moving.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members when needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience: minimum 4 years in a PR, marketing, or creative agency role with client‑facing responsibilities. Experience managing influencer or creator campaigns is a must.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and present work to clients.
  • Creator Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with influencer/creator ecosystems and social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.), including how to evaluate talent, negotiate rates, and manage collaborations.
  • Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Problem Solver: Quick thinker who can pivot and adapt to evolving client needs or campaign challenges.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and project management tools.
  • Collaborative: A team player who thrives in cross‑functional environments and communicates effectively across roles.
