As a Production Coordinator, you will support the production management team by maintaining accurate and well-organized production documentation and records. You will manage administrative activities on the production floor while coordinating daily operational needs to ensure smooth and compliant manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and filing batch records, PDRs, PCRs, training records, and other production documentation
- Updating production documents in training management systems and initiating required training
- Printing batch reports, labels, and supporting documentation
- Supporting timekeeping corrections related to overtime, vacation, training, and attendance
- Maintaining internal attendance and disciplinary records
- Tracking inventory and ordering production supplies, consumables, and uniforms
- Collecting, entering, and reporting production data for compliance, audits, KPIs, and internal reporting
- Supporting investigations by pulling and analyzing batch documentation
- Submitting and tracking work orders
- Conducting production rounds and supporting daily production planning
- Back filling for Shift Managers when needed, including:
- Labor planning up to 72 hours in advance
- Overseeing production schedules and adherence
- Supporting employee discipline processes
- Ensuring safety and product quality standards are met
