Overview

The Leo Nova Program is a first of its kind talent accelerator designed to develop the next generation of agency leaders for an AI powered era.

This is not a standard entry-level role. It's a demanding, immersive 12-month program for ambitious people who want real responsibility, fast growth, and to create meaningful impact from day one.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Over 12 months, you'll rotate through four core disciplines:

* Account Management

* Strategy

* Project Management

* Data Intelligence & Research

Along the way, you'll:

* Work directly on live client business

* Learn how agencies make money and drive growth

* Use research, data, and AI tools to supercharge everything you do, day-to-day

* Help turn ideas into reality by managing timelines, resources, and process

* Participate in learning bootcamps and small group sessions with senior leaders covering agency models, creative processes, leadership, and proprietary AI tools

This program is hands-on, fast paced, and designed to build multidisciplinary talent who are ready to lead Leo into the future.

Qualifications

Final Interview (Half Day, In Person):

* Owner Mindset interview with agency leaders

* AI Challenge using a real data set and Publicis AI tools

* Presentation and defense of your thinking with agency team members
