The Role:

As the Director of Card Fraud, you will lead the strategic and operational efforts to mitigate card fraud across Sunbit's offerings.

What You'll Own:

* Developing and refining our card fraud prevention strategies to align with industry benchmarks

* Leading the fraud operations team and managing key vendor relationships, such as those with Fiserv and Transunion

* Continuously assessing our card fraud prevention tactics against industry standards and making necessary adjustments

* Spearheading strategic projects such as the development of in-house card transaction scoring system

* Ownership of the development and implementation of fraud prevention programs

* Regular assessment and adjustment of our card fraud prevention strategy based on performance metrics and industry developments

* Leadership of strategic projects aimed at enhancing our fraud detection capabilities

Requirements

What You Bring To The Table:

* 10+ years of Fraud experience with at least 5 years of Card Fraud specific experience

* Deep knowledge of card fraud prevention strategies and existing solutions in the industry

* Proven ability to lead people and build influential relationships across the organization

* Strong analytical skills and experience managing a fraud prevention program at a credit card company or similar financial institution

* Desirable:

Experience with legacy issuer-processors or experience in Co-Branded card programs

How We Pay:

* We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.

* We are targeting a salary of $200,000 - $225,000 per year for this role

* This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
