* Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a strategic partner and brand ambassador for your accounts.

* Drive financial performance, including ownership of the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting accuracy across all locations in the territory.

* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Retention teams on proposal development and support the full lifecycle of new and existing business opportunities.

* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food service regulations, quality assurance standards, and company policies.

* Conduct regular audits and implement continuous improvement strategies across all accounts.

* Participate in regional leadership meetings to share standard processes, address challenges, and support organizational initiatives.

* Collaborate with internal and external partners to solve problems, analyze risks, and evaluate both short- and long-term impact of decisions.

* Ensure timely completion of required administrative reporting and adherence to all company procedures and policies.

* Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to provide on-site support and leadership visibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Hospitality Management, Food Services, or related field is strongly preferred; a minimum of 5 years of dynamic multi-unit food service or hospitality leadership experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

* Strong experience leading contract-based operations, P&L oversight, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

* Validated ability to grow business, drive financial results, and implement critical initiatives.

* Confirmed leadership skills with a focus on team development, performance coaching, and succession planning.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to think strategically, solve problems analytically, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).

* Flexible, collaborative, and committed to fostering inclusive and positive workplace cultures.
