Resource & Dependency Management
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to support project delivery
  • Identify interdependencies across teams and proactively manage scheduling conflicts or constraints
  • Support leaders in prioritizing work and sequencing initiatives
Risk, Issue & Change Management
  • Identify project risks and issues, assess impact, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage scope changes through defined change control processes
  • Escalate risks and decision points appropriately and constructively
Budget & Vendor Oversight
  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures
  • Coordinate with Finance and vendors to ensure contractual alignment and financial accountability
  • Support procurement, vendor onboarding, and performance tracking as needed
Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Apply and promote consistent project management practices across initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

  • 2+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment
  • Experience working on cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar)
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required
