Sr Director

Insight Global is seeking an accomplished Senior Director to support the Consumer, Marketing, Communications, and Design (CMCD) organization at one of their largest fintech clients. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and resource management across a dynamic business unit that spans consumer, SMB, and large enterprise segments. This person will lead a team of four, each focused on distinct operational priorities - ranging from managing key operating cadences and agendas, ensuring clarity in communications, overseeing workforce and resource management, and supporting executive decision-making.

This person's primary activity will be to guide, advise your team, and resolve conflicting situations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12-15 years of experience working with C-suite executives, managing complex matrixed environments

• Proven track record in business operations, strategy, finance, or consulting within large organizations

• Strong ability to adapt and lead in ambiguous, fast-paced settings

• Deep experience with operating models, business models, and resource management

• Exceptional executive communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in strategic planning, data and insights, or financial services

• Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or program management
