Design Manager

A prestigious bridal and bespoke womenswear label in the Soho District of New York City is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Womenswear Design Manager for an exciting full-time opportunity. This role will lead a dedicated team in creating high-end bridal and bespoke collections. This role is ideal for someone deeply committed to luxury fashion, offering an environment that values intricate detailing and high-end garment construction.

The successful candidate will manage a small team and oversee collections development from start to finish, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and design. This role is IN OFFICE Monday through Friday.

REQUIREMENTS

• BFA or AAS in Fashion Design with senior-level design experience.
• 7 + years working with Ready to Wear dresses or bridal.
• Proven in-depth knowledge of high-end garment construction.
• Superior organizational skills, a proactive work ethic, and extensive experience in luxury womenswear.
• Perfectionist takes a high level of pride in their skill set.
• Strong Team Leader and Manager.
• Knowledge of garment construction and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are essential.
• Experience with local NYC Garment District resources is advantageous.
• In office Monday through Friday and able to be flexible.
