Payrate: $60-$85/hour (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)

What You'll Do:

• Lead critical project work streams from conception through successful delivery
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project alignment and execution
• Provide hands-on functional solutioning and issue resolution when complex challenges arise
• Track project milestones, risks, and documentation with exceptional clarity and consistency
• Prepare compelling updates and executive reporting for senior leadership stakeholders
• Champion process improvement initiatives that drive overall program success
• Navigate fast-moving environments while maintaining project quality and team momentum
• Bridge strategic vision with tactical execution across multiple concurrent initiatives

What You Bring:

• 3-12 years of professional experience in project management, business analysis, or operations
• Strong organizational skills and proven stakeholder management expertise
• Solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Exceptional communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead work streams independently while collaborating effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• NYC local residency and availability for 3+ days onsite weekly

• Media/entertainment industry background
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects
• Track record managing strategic initiatives at global organizations
• Background working with creative teams and content production workflows
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reporting
