Salary Range: $124,000 – $150,000
ABOUT THE ROLE
- As an Associate Director on the Client Services team, you are responsible for client and large-scale program management for many $1M+ year-long clients, or part of a larger business ($3-5M+).
- The Associate Director reports into a Senior Director/Director and is responsible for client retention, service quality, and collaboration on growth strategies. You will execute against the guidance and vision of the VP/Senior Director/Director, ensuring operational excellence.
- You oversee a team of 4-15 people, with Senior Managers and/or Managers reporting directly to you. You are also responsible for cross-team collaboration as it relates to your scope of business – maintaining finance, legal, strategy, ops and tech obligations.
- In this managed services role, you are responsible for the relationship and results for all scopes under your leadership, measured by a monthly client health tracker. You lead all client activity from scope to results, delegate across team levels, work autonomously when needed, and manage day-to-day client relationships.
- A complete understanding of the marketing mix and Fohr technology is integral. You will ensure your team operates with the latest processes and best practices.
- You represent the expertise of Fohr and stay well-versed in your business category/consumer, company thought leadership, and provide strong POVs for the company, influencers, your team, and clients.
- You are expected to hone your leadership style, mentor managers, demonstrate curiosity and growth, and show strong communications and creative/strategic problem solving.
- This role requires business acumen and financial literacy. You are fiscally responsible for your piece of the business, reporting weekly for forecasting, partnering with finance on revenue recognition, and driving efficient margins through operational oversight. You will participate in scoping activities and create/review project-based breakdowns.
- This role is expected to last several years with a growth trajectory toward Director, with annual targets applied to the role.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving influencer space and industry/news relevant to clients.
- Participate in influencer/client/team-facing events and contribute to company initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7-10 years marketing experience (at least 5 years agency and 5+ years Influencer experience).
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports.
- Proven experience supporting similar volumes of business, clients, and budgets.
- Proven experience in scoping, budgets/timelines, talent/influencer contracting/negotiations, content briefing and review, reporting/campaign analysis, deck narrative, team management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; presentation skills.
- Active on social media (Tik Tok, Instagram).
- Personable and relatable; writing samples and presentations may be requested.
- References required (preferred: client, peer, supervisor, employee).
