Estate Litigation Attorney

Description

Our client, a highly respected, boutique Estate Litigation law firm located in NYC, is seeking an experienced and dynamic attorney to join its team. The successful candidate will have experience litigating a full spectrum of estate matters, primarily in NY Surrogate's Court, including will contests, contested accountings, fiduciary misconduct, and turnover proceedings, among other matters. The attorney should be able to litigate from beginning to end with minimal supervision.

Trial experience is preferred but not required.

This role offers hybrid flexibility, PTO, bonus opportunities, 401K with matching, and the opportunity to join a team of hard-working, compassionate, and friendly individuals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 8 years of NY litigation experience; must have experience in NY Surrogate's Court

+ Trial experience strongly preferred

+ Actively barred in NY in good standing
