Job Description & How to Apply Below
Breaking beauty boundaries is in our company's DNA. Since its game-changing launch of the first opaque nail enamel in 1932 (and later, the first long-wear foundation), Revlon has provided consumers with high-quality product innovation, performance, and sophisticated glamour. Elizabeth Arden made waves as a woman-led beauty company in the 1920s. In 1931, Almay became the original hypoallergenic, fragrance-free beauty brand.
Today, Revlon resiliently continues its legacy as a leading global beauty company. Our diverse portfolio-which consists of some of the world's most iconic brands and product offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, hair color & care, personal care, and fragrances-is sold around the world through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer retail channels. These brands include Revlon, Revlon Professional, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, CND, Cutex, Mitchum, Sinful Colors, Creme of Nature, Christina Aguilera, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy and more.
We honor our heritage, embrace change, and applaud diversity. We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.
We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.

Job Description:
Corporate paralegals support the Corporate Legal and Compliance teams and work closely on Board‑level and high‑visibility projects. Core responsibilities include preparing corporate governance documents, coordinating logistics for quarterly Board and annual owner meetings, assisting in mergers & acquisitions and major refinancing activities, conducting legal research, supporting senior lawyers with litigation and investigation matters, and coordinating progress on cross‑functional initiatives. Corporate paralegals also work with independent auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews and assist with related corporate governance functions.
They collaborate with attorneys across corporate, benefits, employment, compliance, and other specialty areas.
In addition to these responsibilities, corporate paralegals provide key support to the Company's Compliance program, including assisting with third‑party due diligence, logging and synthesizing investigation data, supporting policy governance, helping develop and deliver training, and reviewing conflicts of interest and gift disclosures.
Corporate paralegals at Revlon are integrated into substantive, high‑level work from their first week. Under the guidance of senior attorneys, this role offers deep exposure to domestic and international corporate law, corporate governance, strategic transactions, litigation, investigations, and compliance operations.
Revlon prefers candidates with prior corporate paralegal experience.
Qualifications:
The position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, collaborative, organized, eager to learn the law, flexible, and excited to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. We're a small team at Revlon and our best-performing corporate paralegals are those who operate independently (but seek guidance when in doubt), capably exercise independent discretion and judgment, and work well with a variety of constituents, including high-level executives and outside law firms.
Effective business communication skills delivered orally and in writing are a must. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate:
* the ability to perform factual research to quickly analyze and summarize documents;
* the ability to learn material quickly and use experience to inform future decision-making;
* the ability to coordinate with others to plan and manage a smooth, timely work flow for projects;
* the ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity to take the fullest advantage of an opportunity;
