Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in NYC pay starting a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions and disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Review and draft real estate contracts and agreements
- Conduct title searches and ensure properties have clear titles
- Represent clients in real estate litigation cases
- Provide legal advice on zoning and land use issues
- Negotiate real estate deals and resolve disputes
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Attorney
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
