A nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with at least 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Chambers-ranked team that handles high-profile, large-scale transactions for a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, institutional investors, and developers.
About the Role
- Provide legal counsel on a variety of sophisticated real estate matters
- Independently manage tasks and client interactions while contributing to team-led projects
- Collaborate closely with attorneys across offices on national and international transactions
- Maintain high standards of client service and professional development
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to practice or eligible for admission in New York
- Relevant commercial real estate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong team player with a collaborative work style
