Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
2. Efficiently manage and coordinate the legal team's calendar, including scheduling meetings, deadlines, and court dates.
3. Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all legal documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
4. Transcribe dictations accurately and promptly, ensuring all information is documented correctly.
5. Communicate effectively with courts, including preparing and submitting necessary documents and correspondence.
6. Prepare pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents as required.
7. Handle general correspondence, responding professionally and promptly to all inquiries.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in preparing legal documents and correspondence.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage calendars and coordinate schedules.
4. Experience in filing and managing an organized document system.
5. Proficiency in transcribing dictation accurately and promptly.
6. Experience in communicating with courts and preparing necessary legal documents.
7. Ability to prepare pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
